Phil has created a number of Advanced Development Projects that consistently deliver results by aligning superior people, best practices and technology with business and operational goals. Phil delivers improvements to threat/risk assessment and security policy development, delivery, and performance. 

With a reputation for judicious use of resources and resulting cost containment, Phil’s efforts have been instrumental in providing more than two hundred million dollars in recoveries under dynamic and capital restrictive circumstances. 

Some of Phil’s most notable achievements are developing a number of SDWT’s that resulted in improving operational efficiencies of major projects by more than 400%. Phil’s career includes leadership roles involving the overseeing of 30 direct reports where he was recruited by senior management to achieve goals with respect to high risk, sensitive and important issues of the organization. 

Phil has more than 30 years of experience and ongoing education in the areas of policing, risk mitigation, Corporate Security and Industrial Security and operates extensively with local and global partners in the security, law enforcement and intelligence communities.
